Cancellation and No-Show Fee policy:

Please note that if you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, a fee will be charged for the time set aside for you. To avoid this fee, cancel or re-schedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via email at schedule@pamphrapsychotherapy.com. This allows Pamphra Psychotherapy & Psychiatry to offer the slot to someone else who needs it. Keep in mind that insurance does not cover the fee for missed appointments.
